Music Shake
It's so easy a five year old can do it. Music Shake is a sampler like Sony's Acid where you can mash up loops to make your own customized songs. The best part is if you are a hobbyist or making games for noncommercial uses you can purchase your created tracks for $0.99. It is the by far easiest and cheapest way to create music for your game if you lack major skills in audio production. Another feature of this software is that it has a record button so you can still make cool beats with pots and pans.
